I can't get rid of him! It's like having the Adoring Fan from Oblivion! I can't even kill him! I even tried. And he didn't actually stop following me. There was a brief note about restarting the quest if I wanted him back as a companion but the suggested command doesn't work. When i tried to dismiss him, I clicked the option to permanently reset him to a non-companion. What I got instead was an undismissable companion.

I was hoping I could then dismiss him and stop his dialogue (and get him back as a vendor). He was bothering me so much with his request to join me that I eventually gave in. I am normally fairly attentive in covering information about mods and their requirements and compatibilities. I have been using mods for about 10 years now, ever since I got into Oblivion.
